With Us

Community involvement is strongest when it brings people together. If you know of a local cause, outreach effort, donation drive, or volunteer opportunity that aligns with our mission to support the community, we would love to hear about it. We are always proud to stay connected with meaningful work that helps local families, neighborhoods, and organizations.

Community Matters to Us

Giving Back to the Community

Our Commitment to Colorado Isn’t Just Roofing,  It’s Showing Up!

Being locally owned means more than just having a Littleton zip code. It means pitching in at charity builds, handing out hot meals during the holidays, and saying “yes” when the community needs us.

We’re proud to support:

  • Habitat for Humanity volunteer builds
  • Annual Back-to-School Backpack Drive
  • Littleton Youth Sports sponsorships
  • Veterans Roofing Assistance Programs

We believe in roofs over heads and people helping people. Community involvement isn’t marketing. It’s our mission.

How We Care for the Colorado Community

Community matters to us because the people we serve are also the people who live, work, raise families, and build their future here. Our team believes that being part of a local company should mean more than showing up for work. It should also mean showing up for the community. That is why we remain involved in outreach efforts, volunteer opportunities, donation drives, educational programs, and local events, allowing us to support people in practical ways throughout the year.

Giving back is not something we treat as a side project. It is part of how we operate and part of what keeps us connected to the communities around us. Whether we are helping collect meals for local families, supporting housing initiatives, volunteering our time, or participating in community-centered events, our goal stays the same. We want to be a company that contributes in meaningful ways and stays actively involved where it matters most.

Supporting Families Through Local Food Drives

One of the most direct ways we support the community is through food drives that help local families when they need it most. Our team has worked with Excalibur Outreach on a turkey drive that helped provide Thanksgiving meals to people in our community. Efforts like this matter because they meet a real need during a time of year when many families are trying to make ends meet while still creating a meaningful holiday for the people they love.

We also host an annual food drive every June. Donations collected from our team, partners, and the surrounding community are given to Life Center Littleton. This ongoing effort reflects the kind of community involvement we believe in. It is consistent, practical, and rooted in helping people locally. Outreach is most valuable when it turns support into something tangible, and food assistance is one of the clearest ways to do that.

Roofing Littleton High School and Investing in Local Education

Colorado Preferred Roofing had the chance to do roofing work on the Littleton High School baseball field press box. For our team, this was not just another job. It was a chance to put our craft toward something that directly benefits students, families, and a school that has been a part of Littleton for generations.

Investing in local education is one of the most lasting ways to give back. Schools are where the next generation of tradespeople, business owners, and community leaders get their start.

These students at Littleton High are the kids of our neighbors, our clients, and our teammates. That connection matters to us, and it shapes the way we approach every project, every inspection, every chance to give back to Colorado.

Working With Habitat for Humanity

Our commitment to community service also includes supporting Habitat for Humanity. Through this involvement, we help provide roofs for new homes being built to support families in the community. For us, this work is especially meaningful because it connects what we do professionally with something bigger than the day-to-day demands of business. It allows us to contribute our skills and industry knowledge to a cause that helps create stability for others.

Safe housing has a lasting impact on families, and Habitat for Humanity has built a reputation for making that kind of impact possible. Being part of those efforts gives our team the opportunity to support homes that represent security, opportunity, and a stronger future. We are proud to play a role in work that helps communities grow in ways that last.

Volunteering With Food Bank of the Rockies

Community support is not only about donations. It is also about showing up and doing the work. Our team has volunteered with the Food Bank of the Rockies as part of our ongoing effort to remain engaged in meaningful service opportunities. Volunteering gives us the chance to contribute directly, work together as a team, and support organizations that are already making a daily difference for people across the region.
Hands-on service matters because it creates a connection. It reminds us that local outreach is not abstract. It is real people, real families, and real needs. Taking the time to volunteer helps us stay grounded in that perspective and reinforces the kind of company culture we want to build. We believe community involvement is stronger when it includes both giving resources and giving time.

Supporting Community Health Through Blood Drives

Another way we give back is by participating in blood drives. While this kind of involvement may seem smaller than a large event or annual campaign, it plays an important role in meeting ongoing needs within the community. Blood donations help support hospitals, emergency care, and patients facing serious medical situations. It is a simple but meaningful way to contribute to something that can have an immediate impact.
Community service does not always have to be highly visible to be valuable. Sometimes the most important efforts are the ones that quietly help people behind the scenes. Blood drives are one example of that. We are proud to take part in opportunities that support community health and strengthen the systems people rely on in times of need.

Operation Christmas Child and Seasonal Giving

Seasonal outreach is another important part of our community involvement. Our team has taken part in Operation Christmas Child, including donation efforts tied to gift boxes prepared for children. Projects like this are powerful because they combine generosity with encouragement. They give families and children something tangible, but they also remind people that their community is thinking about them and supporting them.
Seasonal service efforts often foster strong team participation because they are easy for people to rally around and contribute to. They also help build a culture of generosity within the company. We value opportunities like Operation Christmas Child because they allow us to take part in service that is personal, practical, and centered on helping others in a thoughtful way.

Life 101 and Community Education

Programs like this matter because they help build confidence early. They give students exposure to useful skills that are often overlooked but can make a real difference as they grow older. Community education is a meaningful form of service because it helps equip the next generation with knowledge they can carry forward. Being able to contribute in that way is something we value deeply.

Community Events That Keep Us Connected

Not every form of involvement falls under direct service, but that does not make it any less important. We also take part in community events such as Parker Days. Events like this help us stay visible, connected, and engaged with the people and neighborhoods around us. They create opportunities to build relationships, support local activity, and be present in the communities we care about.
Community events matter because they strengthen familiarity and trust. They allow local businesses, families, and organizations to come together in a shared space. For our team, these events are another way to remain active in the community and continue building real connections beyond the work we do each day.

Why Community Service Matters to Our Team

Community service matters because it reflects what we believe a local company should be. We do not want our role in the community to stop at the services we provide. We want to be a business that contributes time, effort, support, and presence in ways that actually help people. Whether that means helping with meal drives, supporting housing projects, participating in blood drives, volunteering with local organizations, or creating educational opportunities, we believe the value is in showing up consistently.
This kind of involvement also strengthens our team internally. It gives people a chance to work together in a different setting, rally around shared values, and stay connected to something bigger than daily responsibilities. Community service has a lasting impact on the people receiving support, but it also shapes the culture of the team doing the work. That is one reason it remains an important part of who we are.
