He worked with our insurance agent from the beginning and sent us copies of any correspondence, so we would always be up to date. I was VERY impressed with this company. Our HOA had a bad experience previously and Dan was so nice to treat us with kid gloves and answer all of our questions. He made a house call even after the project was done just to explain the billing and complicated insurance process. And the work was top-notch and on schedule. I highly recommend them.
