    • When should I have a roofing inspection?

      You should have a roofing inspection any time you suspect your home has been damaged by wind or hail. We offer complementary annual Inspections, however other circumstances that could trigger an inspection include leaks; the potential purchase or sale of a home; a change in insurance carriers or coverage; or if the age of your roof is 20 years or more.

    • What does the inspection report include?

      The inspection will vary depending on the profile of the property and the extent of damage.

    • How much does the inspection report cost?

      The cost is always free. If the report indicates issues that need to be addressed we will write a repair or replace bid for you as well.

    • Do you work with my insurance company?

      Yes! We work with all insurance carriers to make sure your roof replacement is completed with minimal disruption and hassle. Our specialists will assist you in calling in your claim; meet your adjuster on site to review damage; review your adjuster’s estimate for code compliance and completeness; and coordinate any changes necessary to that report.

    • How long does it take to get a quote?

      Usually same day, however if the roof is complicated, we may need additional time to prepare the report. For insurance claims, your quote is based on the adjuster report. As soon as we have an adjuster report we will sit down and review it with you and create your scope of work. Quotes are always free.
